The State of Alaska is a vast land with many faces. The Pioneer Room celebrates the 203 select families who received passage to Alaska to claim and work 40 acres of farmland near the foot of Pioneer Peak in the Matanuska Valley in the 1935 New Roosevelt Deal.
The Pioneer room sleeps 2 comfortably, with a queen bed, desk & sitting area.

Sleeps 2 Comfortably $139.00 per night - Double Occupancy Each additional person is $15. Children under 12 are free.
The bath is a walk down the hall accounting for the reduced rate for those who want to be more like the pioneers!
